Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure that the crystals or mala beads are not damaged or altered in any way, as they carry unique energies that are sacred to us and our customers.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [contact@crystallinewonders.com] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item is not returned in its original condition or is damaged due to mishandling, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a restocking fee.
Exchanges

Cancellations

Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and energetically cleansing each crystal and mala bead before it is sent to you. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged item to assist in resolving the issue promptly. We will either provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
